   - 6인치 이하 액션캠, 고프로, 미러리스 등

• 접이식 우산 (반입만 가능하며, 스테이지 내에서 펼치는 행위는 타인의 시야를 가리거나 부상의 위험이 있어 불가합니다.)

• 뾰족하거나 위협이 되지 않는 사이즈의 깃발 및 배너
  - 타인에게 혐오감 및 불쾌감을 주거나 상업적 목적을 지닌 이미지나 문구의 경우 반입 불가
  - 반입 이후 타인에게 위협이 되거나, 공연 관람에 방해가 되는 경우 제지 할 수 있음 

• Water guns 
 - When passing through the Seoul Land main gate (security check), you may enter only with the water bottle empty.
 - The organizer, venue, or artist shall not be liable for any injuries or accidents caused by the use of the water gun.

• Bubble guns (Bubble guns are permitted with bubble solution inside) 

• Mobile phones and portable chargers

• Non-professional recording devices
  – Action cams, GoPros, mirrorless cameras (6 inches or smaller)
  – DSLRs with zoom lenses 100mm or less, and lenses 100mm or less
  – Selfie sticks

• Cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (e.g., IQOS, lil, glo), disposable e-cigarettes, and liquid-type e-cigarettes.
   (Cigars and all related items are prohibited – including cigar cutters, cigarillos, and tin cases)

• Unopened bottled water in plastic PET bottles (500ml or less)

• Pouches and bags smaller than 30cm x 30cm
• Eye drops

• Sunglasses and hats

• Earplugs, glow sticks

• Foldable umbrellas (Foldable umbrellas are allowed into the venue, but opening them inside the stage area is prohibited
   as it may block others’ view or pose a safety risk)

• Flags and banners that are not sharp or threatening in size
   (Banners or images that cause discomfort to others or contain commercial messages are not allowed)

• 시중에서 판매하지 않는 담배 및 자체적으로 제작한 수제 담배

• 시가 및 관련 물품 일체 (시가커터, 시가릴로, 틴케이스)

• 레이저 포인터, 호루라기, 확성기, 경광봉 

• 드론을 포함한 원격 조정 비행 장난감

• 텐트, 캠핑의자, 돗자리를 포함한 캠핑 용품

• 향수 등의 유리병, 선 스프레이 등 고철/캔 형태의 스프레이류

• 위협을 가할 수 있거나 관람에 방해되는 모든 물품
  - 폭죽, 칼, 대형 총기류 장난감, 스프레이 등 위협과 상해를 가할 수 있는 물품
  - 병, 캔 등 날카롭거나 깨질 위험이 있는 물품
  - 위협을 가할 수 있는 불법 물질

• 장우산 (접이식 우산은 반입 가능하나, 스테이지 내에서 펼치는 행위는 타인의 시야를 가리거나 부상의 위험이 있어 불가합니다. )

• 주변에 불쾌감을 주는 성인용품 및 인형

• 500ml 플라스틱 패트병에 따지 않은 생수를 제외한 모든 음료 및 음식물 

• 반려동물

• 백팩을 포함한 모든 대형 가방 (30cm X 30cm 이상)

• 기타 주최측 판단 시 위험 요소라 판단되는 물품

• Professional-grade recording and photography equipment
   (DSLR cameras with zoom lenses over 100mm, high-magnification zoom lenses, etc.)

• Narcotics and drug-related items (all types of illegal substances)

• Custom-made cigarettes, and any tobacco products not commercially sold

• Cigars and all related items are prohibited (including cigar cutters, cigarillos, and tin cases)

• Laser pointers, whistles, and megaphones

• Remote-controlled flying toys, including drones

• Camping gear, including tents, camping chairs, and picnic mats
• Glass bottles (including perfumes) and metal/aerosol spray cans (including sunscreen sprays)

• Any items that may pose a threat or disrupt the performance
   – Fireworks, knives, large toy guns, water guns, and spray-type products
     (Spray-type sunscreen is not allowed. Please use alternatives such as sunscreen lotion or sunstick.)
   – Sharp or breakable items like glass bottles and cans
   – Illegal substances that may pose a danger

• Long umbrellas (Only foldable umbrellas are allowed. Opening them inside the stage area is prohibited
   as it may block others’ view or pose a safety hazard.)

• Adult products and dolls that may cause discomfort to others

• All food and beverages, except unopened bottled water in 500ml plastic PET bottles

• Pets

• All large bags, including backpacks (larger than 30cm x 30cm)

• Any other items deemed dangerous by the organizer

예매 안내 [ Tcket Reservation Guide ]

• 본 공연 티켓은 모바일 티켓으로만 이용 가능하며, 실물 티켓이 제공되지 않습니다. 이에 따라 티켓 배송 및 현장 수령은 진행하지 않습니다.

• 공연 당일 모바일 티켓 QR코드 확인 후 입장 밴드로 교환 가능합니다.
  (*단, 글로벌페이지에서 예매하신 관객은 모바일 티켓 제공이 불가능하며, 이 경우 공연 당일 티켓박스에서 실물 티켓을 수령하셔야 합니다.)

• 티켓 발급 시, 예매자 아이디로 발급된 모바일 티켓 지참 시에만 입장 밴드 착용이 가능합니다.  (*모바일 티켓 캡처본 및 사본 절대 불가)

• 모바일 QR코드의 상세 확인은 관람 전일 20시 부터 가능합니다. 사전에 예매처 어플을 꼭 다운로드 부탁드립니다.
  (*QR코드 확인 방법 : 예매처 APP 로그인 → 마이페이지 → 공연티켓 확인/취소 → 예매내역)

• 본 공연은 20세 이상 관람 가능한 공연으로 티켓 예매 전 성인인증이 필요합니다.

• 티켓은 1인(아이디1개) 당 최대 4매까지 구매 가능합니다.

• 본 공연은 원활한 예매를 위해 카드 결제만 가능합니다. (무통장 입금 불가)

• Tickets for this performance are available exclusively as mobile tickets.
   No physical tickets will be issued, and ticket delivery or on-site pickup is not available.

• Entry wristbands will be issued after verification of the mobile ticket QR code on the day of performance.
   (However, mobile tickets are not available for reservations made through the global website.
    In this case, physical tickets must be picked up at the ticket box on the day of the performance.) 

• Entry wristbands will be issued only upon presentation of the mobile ticket issued to the purchaser’s account.
   (Screenshots or duplicated copies of mobile tickets will not be accepted.) 

• Detailed QR code information will be available starting at 8:00 PM on the day before the performance.
   Please download the ticketing platform’s app in advance for smooth access.
   (QR code access path: Ticketing App Login → My Page → View/Cancel Tickets → Reservation Details) 

• This performance is restricted to audiences aged 20 and above.
   Age verification is required prior to ticket purchase. 

• Each person (one ID) may purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets. 

• Only card payments are accepted for this event. (Bank transfers are not available.) 

환불 안내 [ Refund Notice ]

• 공연 당일에는 티켓 교환 및 환불이 불가합니다.

• 티켓 예매 후 권종의 교환, 변경은 불가하니 예매 시 권종 확인 부탁드립니다.

• 티켓의 취소 및 환불은 예매하신 해당 예매처에서 가능하며 해당 예매처의 취소 및 환불 규정에 따라 수수료가 적용됩니다.

• Ticket exchange or refund is not available on the day of the performance.

• Ticket types cannot be changed after purchase, so please double-check your selection when making a reservation.

• Ticket cancellations and refunds are available only through the ticketing platform used for your purchase,
   and fees will apply according to that platform’s cancellation and refund policy.

• 본 공연의 모바일 티켓은 양도가 불가능합니다.

• 티켓 및 입장밴드의 양도, 증여, 재판매, 위/변조는 명백한 불법 행위입니다.
  불법 거래 또는 암표 판매 적발 시 퇴장 조치 및 판매자와 구매자 모두에게 민형사상 제재가 가해질 수 있습니다.

• 예매처가 아닌 개인간의 거래로 발생한 문제에 대하여 주최사 및 예매처에는 책임이 없으므로, 공식 예매처를 통하여 안전하게 구매하시길 바랍니다.

• 티켓 구매 시 발행되는 QR코드의 캡처 및 복제 등 관리 부실로 인한 피해에 대해 주최/주관사 및 예매처는 책임이 없으므로, 관리에 유의해주시기 바랍니다.

• Mobile tickets for this performance cannot be transferred to others. 

• Transferring, gifting, reselling and forging tickets or wristbands is strictly prohibited and considered illegal. 

• The organizer and the reservation site are not responsible for any problems cause by transactions in between individuals
   which aren’t official reservation sites. Please purchase safely through the official reservation site.

• The organizer and the reservation site are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by improper ticket management, including QR code capture or duplication. 

입장안내 [ Admission Guide ]

• 현장에서 예매처 어플을 통해 모바일 티켓 확인 및 신분증 확인 후 입장 밴드를 수령하실 수 있습니다. (입장 밴드 착용자에 한해 공연장 입장이 가능합니다.)

• 1인이 여러 개의 입장 밴드를 수령하는 것은 불가합니다. (1인 = 1 입장 밴드) 

• 입장 밴드 교환 시, 성인 인증 절차가 있으니 공연 당일 예매자 및 동반인 모두 신분증을 반드시 지참하시기 바라며, 미지참 시 입장이 불가합니다.

   내국인 : 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권, 주민등록증 발급 신청 확인서
   외국인 : 여권, 외국인 등록증, 자국에서 발급한 신분증

• 현장에서 성인으로 확인되는 증명서 제시가 불가한 경우 입장이 불가하며, 이에 따른 티켓 취소/환불은 불가합니다. 

• 입장밴드 훼손 및 분실 시, 재발급 및 입장이 불가합니다.
   입장밴드는 티켓부스에서 직접 채워드리며, 주최사의 규정을 준수 부탁드립니다.

• 불법 거래를 방지하기 위해 양일권 구매자분들은 한번 착용하신 입장 밴드를 이틀 동안 계속 착용해주셔야 합니다.
   2일차에는 입장 밴드 및 신분증 확인 후 입장이 가능하며, 양일권 입장 밴드 훼손 및 분실 시 재발권 및 입장이 불가합니다.

• 불법 거래를 방지하기 위해 한번 입장 후 재입장이 불가합니다. 스테이지간 이동은 가능하나, 서울랜드 정문 게이트 퇴장 시 재입장이 어렵습니다. 

•  S2O KOREA 타임테이블, 사이트맵, 입장 및 운영 관련 중요 공지사항은 S2O KOREA 공식 홈페이지 및 SNS 채널(인스타그램, 페이스북)을
   통해 추후 안내될 예정입니다. 현장 방문 전, SNS에 업로드되는 공지사항을 꼭 확인해주시기 바랍니다. 

• S2O KOREA 티켓에는 서울랜드 놀이기구 탑승권이 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
   놀이기구 탑승을 원할 시 별도로 서울랜드 티켓을 구매 후 영수증을 지니고 계셔야 하며, 영수증 훼손 시 재발급은 불가합니다.
   (자유이용권을 구매하셔도 음주자는 놀이기구를 탑승할 수 없습니다.)

• You can receive a wristband on site after verifying your mobile ticket through the ticketing app and presenting a valid ID.
   (Only guests wearing a wristband will be allowed to enter the venue.) 

• 1 person cannot collect multiple wristbands, even if they hold multiple tickets. (1 person = 1 ticket = 1 wristband)

• Adult age verification is required when exchanging for a wristband, so both the ticket purchaser and accompanying guests
   must bring valid ID on the day of the event. Entry will not be permitted without ID. 

• Valid Forms of ID
   Documents such as government issued resident registration cards, driver’s licenses, passports, etc. which indicates nationality
   or passports issued by foreign governments, and international driver’s licenses (photographs and date of birth are required)

• If you are unable to present valid identification confirming your age at the venue, entry will be denied.
   Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded in such cases.

• If your wristband is damaged or lost, it cannot be reissued and entry will not be permitted.

• Wristbands will be fastened directly at the ticket booth by staff, and you are required to comply with the organizer’s guidelines.

• To prevent illegal ticket transfers, 2-day pass holders must keep their wristbands on for both days.
   Entry on the second day will be granted after verifying both the wristband and a valid ID.
   If the 2-day wristband is damaged or lost, it cannot be reissued and entry will not be allowed.

• To prevent illegal ticket transfers, re-entry is not allowed once you exit the venue.
   Movement between stages is permitted, but re-entry will not be allowed if you exit through the main gate of Seoul Land.

• S2O KOREA timetable, sitemap, and other important announcements regarding entry and operations
   will be shared later through the official website and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook).

• S2O KOREA tickets do not include access to Seoul Land rides.
   If you wish to use the rides, you must purchase a separate Seoul Land ticket and keep the receipt with you.
   Receipts cannot be reissued if damaged. (Intoxicated individuals will not be allowed on the rides.)

• 모든 참석자는 보안 검색의 대상입니다.

• 입장 전에 참석자는 검색대 통과, 주머니와 가방을 비우도록 요청 받을 수 있으며, 물품 및 몸 검색을 실시하는 등의 철저한 보안 검색을 받을 수 있습니다.

• 주최/주관사는 특정인의 입장을 금하거나 퇴장 시킬 수 있는 권리를 갖습니다.

• All attendees are subject to security screening.

• Before entering, you may be asked to pass through a security checkpoint and empty your pockets and bags.
   Thorough inspections of belongings and body searches may be conducted.

•  The organizer and host reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual from the venue.

공연 관람 안내 [ Performance Viewing Guidelines ]

• 본 공연은 비지정석 야외 공연입니다.  당일 날씨에 따라 선글라스, 모자, 우비, 여분의 옷 등은 개인적으로 준비하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

• 귀중품 보관에 주의하세요. 행사장 내/외부에서 본인 부주의로 인한 사고, 도난 사건 등에는 주최사, 행사장, 아티스트 측에서 책임지지 않습니다.

• 주위 관객 분들의 불편을 야기하거나 관람을 방해하는 행동을 할 경우 진행요원의 경고 및 제재 또는 퇴장 조치를 받으실 수 있습니다.

• 흡연은 별도로 준비된 흡연구역에서만 흡연이 가능합니다.

• 본 공연장 내부의 모든 결제는 체크카드 및 신용카드로만 가능합니다. 
   현금 및 충전식 결제수단은 결제가 불가능 합니다.

• 공연관람 중 응급상황이 발생할 경우, 가까운 곳에 위치한 경호팀 또는 진행요원에게 알려주시기 바랍니다.

• 노약자, 심산부 및 심신이 미약하신 분의 경우 예매를 삼가주시기 바랍니다.
예매를 원하실 경우, 주치의와 상의를 해주시기 바라며 공연 관람 전 주최사에 사전 연락하여 관련 사항에 대해 미리 공유를 해주시기 바랍니다.
  주최사에서는 사전 공유 받지 못한 공연 중에 발생한 질병 및 부상에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 

• 안전한 공연 진행을 위해 레이저, 폭죽, 캔, 칼 등 폭발물 등의 위험한 물건은 반입이 금지됩니다.

• 500ml 플라스틱 패트병에 따지 않은 생수를 제외한 모든 음료 및 음식물은 반입이 금지됩니다.

• 개인 물총 지참 가능합니다. (*수압이 너무 세거나 사이즈가 과하게 큰 위험한 물총 X)
   물이 아닌 다른 액체류 반입은 불가하며 발견시 압수 및 퇴장조치 될 수 있습니다.

• As this is a non-reserved outdoor festival, please prepare personal items such as sunglasses, hats, raincoats, and extra clothing
  according to the weather on the day of the event.

• Please take care of your valuables. The organizer, venue, and artists are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or incidents
   caused by personal negligence inside or outside the festival grounds.

• If your behavior causes discomfort to others or disrupts the viewing experience,
   you may be subject to warnings, restrictions, or removal from the venue by staff.

• Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.

• All payments inside the venue must be made by debit or credit card. Cash and rechargeable payment methods are not accepted.

• In case of an emergency while viewing the performance, please inform the nearest security team or staff.

• For the elderly, pregnant women, and weak mind and body, please refrain from reservation.
   If one wish to reserve, please discuss with the doctor and inform the organizers in advance.
   The organizer is not responsible for any illness or injury that may have occurred during the performance without prior notice.

• For safety reasons, hazardous items such as lasers, firecrackers, bottles, cans, knives, and other explosive or dangerous objects
   are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

• All types of food and beverages, excluding unopened bottled water in plastic PET bottles, are prohibited.

• Personal water guns are allowed.
    (Water guns with excessively strong pressure or oversized, potentially dangerous water guns are not permitted.) 

• Only water is allowed. Other liquids are strictly prohibited.
   Any prohibited liquids found may be confiscated, and the guest may be asked to leave the venue. 

주차장 안내 [ Parking Lot Information ]

• 주차장 만차 예상되오니, 대중교통 이용을 권장합니다. (4호선 대공원역)

• 주차 시 대공원역 앞 서울대공원 주차장을 이용해주시기 바랍니다.

• We strongly recommend using public transportation to avoid inconvenience. 

• Although a public parking lot is available near Seoul Grand Park,
   it is expected to fill up quickly due to both festival audiences and Seoul Land visitors.
