📌 Refund policy
✔ If you cancel or change your booking up to 30 days before the scheduled performance date, a penalty of 50% of the payment will be charged.
✔ If you cancel or change your booking 21 days before the scheduled performance date, a penalty of 100% of the payment will be charged.
✔ The VVIP tickets for the booked performance will be dispatched 21 days prior, and once delivery is confirmed, refunds are not possible.
✨ Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be changed on site.
